    • prices per night, prices depending on occupancy per unit.
    • all prices excluding visitor’s tax and final cleaning.

Initial supply of bed linen, kitchen and bath linen is included in the price.

    • Visitor’s tax is not in the price included. Adults per day € 2.50, kids up to 15 years for free.
    • final cleaning: Apartment Enzian € 70,-, Apartment Adler € 85,-, Apartment Visniz/Trisanna € 100,-, Apartment Silvretta/Tirol € 120,-
    • short-stay surcharge: If your stay is less than 3 days, we charge you an addition of 15 %.
