The apartments are available at 4 pm. Please call us if your arrival will be later than 8 pm.
At your departure day we kindly ask you to release the apartments latest at 10 am.
If you leave earlier or arrive later than reserved the whole amount will be charged (no deductions).
If less people will arrive than reserved, the whole amount of the apartment will be charged (no deductions).

Bed linen and the initial supply of towels (1 bath towel and 1 towel per person) is included. For a small fee you can order a towel change.
Your reservation is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from us. For binding reservations we kindly ask you for a deposit of 30 % of the price (please pay within 30 days after booking).
Cancellation terms according to the General Terms of Business for the Hotel Industry apply:
up to 3 months before arrival: no charge
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking price
If your stay is less than 4 days, we charge you an addition of 10 %.

Price depending on apartment type: € 65 – € 120.
For our guests we offer a daily roll service. Please order the rolls for your breakfast the day before until 2 pm and it will be delivered to your apartment in the morning.
Our apartments are non-smoking areas.
There are free of charge parking places in front of our hotel available for you.
Please understand that we don’ t accept pets in our hotel.
We offer you free of charge Wifi in our entire hotel.
A Intersport ski rental is right in our house. Our guests get a special discount on ski and snowboard rental including all benefits from the Intersport Ladner “rent network” in Kappl .
